Recomend signal processing book To: ham-homebrew@ucsd.edu Hello all: I have recently been subjected to a torturous course in signal processing. This was in large part due to the miserable text book ( "Analog & Digital Signal Processing", H. Baher, John Wiley & Sons, New York .) used for this course. The book is riddled with errors, ommisions and missplaced references. Those of us who have used the book can not understand how it went to press. I would really like to understand signal processing but need some help locating some books that are clear and practical, with the emphasis on practical. I would like to be able to build both analog and digital filters as well as write signal processing software. I need a book with lots of "complete" examples. To: ham-homebrew@ucsd.edu I would like to find an assortment of tiny metric fasteners (screws, washers, nuts mainly) to replace worn/stripped/missing fasteners on equipment such as HTs and transceivers. I've seen assortments of metric fasteners before but only in larger sizes to be used with cars and so on. Any pointers? 73 Dave WB0GAZ ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 26 Apr 1994 00:43:41 GMT From: ihnp4.ucsd.edu!swrinde!gatech!newsxfer.itd.umich.edu!nntp.cs.ubc.ca!newsserver.sfu.ca!sfu.ca!gay@network.ucsd.edu Subject: Where can I find assortments of tiny metric fasteners?
